REFUND POLICY
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact us support@dosed.co. If accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and hazardous materials. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
To exchange, return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.
REFUNDS
